I presume you used Graph->Tools->Stencil (which opens a stencil that begins with the shapes dynamic, universal, midarrow, etc. and added your new shape there?
This is GraphVizio’s stencil, located at C:\Users\[USERID]\AppData\Local\GraphVizio\GraphVizio\graphvizio\GraphVizio.VSS and you can modify it at will.
If this doesn’t help, could you send me a screenshot of the error your’re getting? maurice AT calvert DOT ch
I’ve tried to edit the stencil to insert a custom shape and now it errors when using said shape to create a diagram. do you know if it is possible to add custom shapes and is the stencil available as a standalone, so I can restore it without re-installing GraphViz.
Thanks,
