If GeodesiX isn’t working as it should and the cause isn’t apparent, you can use the supplied troubleshooter to try and identify the problem.

To run it, Start->Programs->GeodesiX->Troubleshooter

It will gather information during 15-20 seconds. When it’s finished, you can examine the diagnostics on each tab.
